THE LEADER YOU HAVEN’T BECOME YET
Why Source-Level Coaching Takes You There
3-Minute Read
Nobody warns you the thing that built your business will cap it.
Why would you work with a coach?
Every founder we coach arrives having already tried what they know for achieving what they want next. Longer hours. A new system. A better hire. Sometimes it works, for a while, and then the results flatten out again. It’s frustrating, but not a mystery.
That dynamic is information. It means the thing driving results isn't your strategy. It’s the operating system underneath it: the language and perception installed a long time ago, quietly capping what you can see, choose, and build.
And here’s what it doesn’t mean: that you’re broken or in need of fixing. You're a person of real capability running into a ceiling that more of the same can’t solve.
This is the case for source-level coaching. It gets at the actual driver of results.
Today in The Grip we're laying out who this work is for, how it operates, why it outperforms business-only coaching, who should stay away from it entirely, and what it actually costs. If you’re looking for your next level of growth, this is your map.

Who Source-Level Coaching Is For
As a mission-driven founder and leader, you are already moving. You’re committed. You're not dreaming of building something. You're building it.
And you feel the friction of needing to grow beyond who you currently are. It looks different in different people:
The Strained Builder
Your business is working, but the cost is loud: tension, reactivity, overthinking, relationship fray, the persistent exhaustion of carrying it all. You want to scale without sacrificing what matters.
The Stagnant High-Achiever
You've outgrown your current identity or mission expression. The business is fine. You're bored at a level you can't quite name, and it isn't laziness. You need a new game, not an optimized version of the current one, because you’re made for more.
The Leader At A Threshold
A raise. A partnership in crisis. An existential “what am I doing?” season. The specific weight demands clean authority and steadiness under pressure, and you're not fully there yet. You haven’t yet become the leader your mission needs you to be next.
What they all share: they've done what they know to do for the growth they desire, and it isn't enough. That gap isn't strategy or systems. It's the inner operating system driving all of it.

The Three-Lever Coaching Method: Language, Perception, and Action
I’m often asked how I operate as a coach. Short version:
I am a Self-Mastery Coach for Mission-Driven Founders, trained in psychology. My coaching is built on three levers: Language, Perception, and Action.
Language: the words you use aren’t describing your reality. They are constructing it. Addressing the disempowering language running your life, both what you know and what you don't know you don't know, is where sustained change starts.
Perception: the constraints holding you back are mostly the ones you can't see. If they were visible, you'd have resolved them already. This is the level almost impossible to reach alone.
Action: not as willpower, but as natural expression. When language and perception shift, action aligns. Decisions clarify. Leadership simplifies. Results change.
This is bespoke work. No formula or one-size-fits-all. You are the content. What we address follows what you're committed to creating, and clearing out anything standing in the way of that.
Why Source-Level Coaching Outperforms Business-Only Coaching for Founders
A lot of coaching is either inner-only, meaningful shifts and hazy results, or outer-only, solid tactics built on top of an outdated nervous system. My work is the integration of both: peace and power, ease and execution, identity and impact. The inner architecture that produces the outer results.
I don't coach what you’re doing; I coach who you’re being. I help you to become the kind of leader who takes the necessary action to generate your desired results. That is a different category of value.
I help you see what you can't see on your own. Once you see what you haven't seen before, you’ll naturally do what you haven't done before.
One founder I've coached for years put it this way:
Where he started: "We didn’t know how we were going to survive. I would have stabbed someone in the throat for a new contact."
Where he is now: "Today, we've got so much going on, so much business growth and opportunity. My ‘problem’ now is all the new contacts coming in. We can barely keep up."
His own read on why: "I attribute it to working with you [Becky]. The business has seen more growth working on me than it ever saw working on the business."
That's what this work produces.

3 Signs You're Not Ready for Source-Level Coaching Yet
Founders who want the playbook of tactics without the inner work. You’ll recreate the same problems with new tools.
Founders whose identity is the struggle and who refuse to let go of who they think they are. You’ll find this work confronting in ways you’re not ready for.
Founders who are not yet willing to be responsible for their results. Your return directly correlates to your commitment. Lack of commitment = lack of results, every time.
Coachability is a choice. The clients who get the most from this work are willing to be challenged, to not know, to take uncomfortable action, to stop arguing for their disempowered stories and beliefs, and to take full responsibility for what they're creating.
Coaching Pricing and ROI: What $15,000 or $50,000 in Source-Level Coaching Actually Buys
I don’t hide my fees; they’re displayed here on this website. At $15,000 for 3 months and $50,000 for 1 year, you aren’t “buying” coaching. You are installing the inner architecture that makes outer outcomes inevitable. The fee is the price of entry. The real cost is your comfort, your excuses, the old ways of being that got you here and can't take you further.
If you're a founder who's done paying the cost of strain, and ready to create more than enough with steadiness and real power, reach out. Let's find out what's possible for you.
Keep creating.
key takeaways
A growth ceiling almost always traces back to the language and perception running underneath your decisions, not your strategy.
Source-level coaching works through three levers, language, perception, and action, not tactics alone.
This work is built for founders ready to take full responsibility for their results, and that filters more people out than in.
